Hello,
My name is Midori. I am a pretty little black brushcoat girl. I came from Georgia with my boyfriend Blizzard, and our baby. We all went to different homes. Our baby was adopted right away. I’ll miss her , but I was told she is very happy and healthy. Blizzard and I had all kinds of worms. Including some in our hearts. But the good people in rescue, didn’t waste any time. They had us both treated. We are now heartworm free, and doing well. I was very shy, when I came here. My new foster family takes such good care of me. They give me lots of love, and great food. They are very patient too. I get to hang out with my foster sister Mystique. We get along fine. They tell me I’m a mini, whatever that means. I don’t care, as long as I get plenty of food. I love to do chores with mom. We do folding the laundry. She folds stuff and puts it in the drawer, and I take it out and drag it down the hall. She told me I’m such a great helper. 🙂 .
So anyway, I’m looking for a forever home. I need my own bed, some toys (I’m learning how to play with them ), and good food. I will do laundry too.Oh yeah. I especially need love.

Hello,
My name is Jack. I’m a little guy, and love to sit on the couch with my people. My owner brought me to the doggy jail and threw me in their front door. I went sliding across the lobby. And she took off after that. I was so scared. The people at doggy jail were nice to me though. They called Florida Shar Pei rescue and ask if they would take me. A pretty lady with yellow hair came and got me. I moved in with her family, but I had to move to a country called St. Petersburg, cause she was having some company move in with her family. My new foster Mom says I’m cute as a button. I make growly noises, that she says means I’m talking. I’m a good little boy for sure. So now I’m living in St. Pete. I have a deck to sun on and play with Tebow and Elsa in the backyard. It’s very nice here. I sleep in my crate at night and have lots of care and love. But the thing is, I want to have my own home with someone to cuddle with. I may look tough, but I’m really a little lover.

Hi,
My name is Little Lucy. I found myself all alone on the streets of St. Cloud, then I got sent to jail. I tried to tell the people I was sure I could find my family again, but they said “no”. So I had to stay with them.I was so scared. Other dogs were crying and so did I. I heard them talking about being “Put Down”. I was pretty sure it didn’t mean getting teased or told I was ugly.  Other dogs were really upset about it. One day they put a sign on my cage, in big red letters. It said EUTHANASIA.  I thought it meant I was going to a new country. I was so excited til I heard the other dogs whispering bad things about me. I cried and cried, and beggedfor some help. Then my prayers answered. A very sweet lady came and got me. She hugged me . I gave her kisses. Wow, this was great. I took another ride and now I live in a country called St. Petersburg Florida. It’s so nice here. I have 2 foster dads, who I really love. I get to play with Chance and the other dogs. I get to sleep with my dad. It’s awesome.
I had worms in my heart. So I had to visit the doctorman, and get a shot in my back for two days. Dad told me that was gonna kill those nasty old worms, yuk.
Ok, so as much as I love it here, I would really love to be adopted, to my very own family. I like toys, and maybe my own pink or purple bed. I don’t mind cats, and I love dogs and people, large &small.

Hi, my name is Missy. I was found wandering the streets of Miami. I was so frightened and hungry. This very nice man found me, and he told me he would get me some help. He started calling and writing to some rescue people. This nice lady met him at a vet’s office. The doctor lady said I needed some medicine for my skin , and my ears, so I got that stuff. Then I got to go to my foster mom’s house. She is with a different rescue that specializes in my kind of dog. Foster mom said they’re called Florida Shar Pei Rescue. I’m happy here. I have lots of SharPei friends, and I just love my mom. The only thing is I have to have a bath 2 times a week. I don’t mind a bath, just wish I didn’t have to get wet.
So , I really do like it here, but I want my own family, that will love me and not throw me out on the street. I’m a good girl. I’m housebroken and love to give cuddles and kisses. My favorite thing is to crawl on foster mom’s lap for petting and belly rubs.
