Hi, my name is Mauggie (aka Mugsy). I am a very active 50 lb, two year old female pei. My daddy died suddenly and a neighbor took me. She could not find a home for me so the good folks at FSPR decided to help me out.

I am happy staying with my foster mom and an old guy named Dudley, but I could really use a fur-ever home. I have my own bed and lots of good food. Dudley has a medical condition and eats three times per day. WOW, I get all the food I want and I don’t bother him when he eats. I would prefer a yard with a 6 foot fence since I can jump a 4 foot fence when I get scared. I am dog, cat and tiny people friendly.

Mauggie can sit most times but has trouble with stay. She becomes extremely excited when I come home – her tail wags her whole body. She gives sloppy pei kisses and enjoys sleeping on my bed with Dudley during the day. She is quiet and well behaved when I am home. She tends to get bored when I am not home and needs plenty of exercise to wear her out.

Mauggie is a delightful girl who will not be ready for adoption for several months. She is heart worm positive and needs to be spayed. She is UTD on vaccinations and is microchipped.
