About this Pei:  Val is a new arrival with FSPR, straight from Valdosta, GA.  This sweet girl will be seen by an opthamologist and an orthopedic surgeon in the next couple of weeks.  She has entropion in her eyes and suspected luxating patella in her right hind leg.
