Sweet Kuma has settled into his foster home very quickly. His foster mom says, “it didn’t take long to realize this Pei is a sweet, loving boy.” He has made friends with his K-9 foster sister and they have established a nice routine of play, sleep, play, sleep, play…… all day long. Kuma loves being outside and loves to run. He does need some training in leash walking as he gets very excited when outside.
Kuma came into rescue by way of a rescue individual in GA who had saved him from an irresponsible owner. This individual was concerned for Kuma’s overall well-being and sought out FSPR to ensure he was going to a breed knowledgeable rescue. Immediately upon receiving Kuma, FSPR had him vetted, including treatment for a urinary tract infection and neuter. He is a very happy, healthy pup looking for his very own forever home. Since he is both dog friendly and kid friendly, he will make a wonderful family pet.
