New Arrival Form

To Add a Dog to the Website:
This form is for internal use only and should only be completed by someone familiar with the dog and able to provide all of the information needed to post on the site.

Form must be filled out completly and quality images of the new arrival must be sent in separate email prior to posting on website. When sending photos please make sure to include the name of the dog in the email.

If multiple Pei need to be added please submit a separate form for each dog.
